We built ONDL to change that — not by replacing what works, but by connecting it. Digitising capacity that already exists. Making India's distributed freight network visible, accessible, and reliable for the first time.

Inception
2023Years in logistics taught us one truth: India doesn't need more trucks or hubs. It needs the intelligence layer to unlock what already exists. ONDL was born from that conviction.
Validation
2024We piloted next-day rural delivery via bus cargo networks — it worked. Expanded corridors, onboarded new clients, and deepened SCM integrations, confirming every enterprise customer shared the same heavy freight problem.
Scale
2025Expanded deep into South India, crossing linguistic and cultural barriers. More SCM integrations went live. We crossed a meaningful ARR milestone with healthy operating margins — proving the model at scale.
The Next Frontier
2026New enterprise customers integrated onto our orchestration platform. We are now scaling monthly orchestrated demand significantly — building the network that will define India's express heavy freight future.
